NICK BLOOR, CEO
Nick is Founder and CEO of IVM Group. Nick’s passion for horticulture led him to establish Technigro, which he managed for 20 years to become Australia’s most awarded vegetation management contractor.
In 2013, Nick founded IVM Group, focussing on innovation and technology development. The following year IVM Group received two national awards for sustainable initiatives and research excellence.
Nick and IVM Group provide specialist support for the airport sector in order to manage their unique grass and vegetation needs and to help reduce the risk of wildlife strikes.
DR SHELDON NAVIE, BSC (HONS), PHD – CONSULTING SCIENTIST
Dr Navie, botanist, has more than 30 years scientific experience in plant ecology, weed biology, plant taxonomy and weed identification.
Dr Navie is one of Australia’s most highly regarded botanists.
TARA LOOBY, GROUP MANAGER
Tara is the Group Manager for Customer Relations and Marketing at IVM Group. Having co-founded IVM Group in 2013, Tara is instrumental in driving the organisation’s growth.
Tara has more than 15 years experience in business and has held various marketing roles, driving strategies and business planning for local and international enterprises, including her previous role as Chief Marketing Officer at Technigro.
DOMINIQUE JARRETT, BOTANIST/ECOLOGIST GRADUATE
Dominique has a Bachelor of Environmental science from Griffith University, Majoring in Environmental Management & Ecology and Conservation.
Dominique brings with her an array of knowledge in habitat management, flora and fauna assessments, data collection and analysis, and conducting and understanding of environmental assessments.
ALEC RUNDLE, AGRONOMIST/TURF CONSULTANT
Alec has a Master of Agricultural Science from the University of Queensland where he undertook courses in International Agricultural Development, Rural Leadership, Integrated Pest Management, Biosecurity, and Water and Land Management.
Alec is enthusiastic about turf management and is skilled in data analysis and research planning.
TRACEY BLOOR, ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Tracey has over 30 years experience in Finance/Accounting and Office Administration across various industries. Tracey’s key responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, BAS, payroll tax and super.
NICOLA LUTTRELL, OFFICE MANAGER
Nicola has over 20 years of experience in project coordination and account management across various industries.
